Global Harmony Community Chorus

Global Harmony is an inter-faith, non-auditioned community chorus open to all who wish to sing to make a difference.

To date, Global Harmony Community Chorus has raised over $102,000 for global relief efforts.

Global Harmony is an inter-faith, non-auditioned community chorus open to all who wish to sing to make a difference.

Singer Requirements:

  • Attend at least 5 of 7 rehearsals
  • $20 participation fee (tax-deductible)
  • Be comfortable singing choral music (experience in a previous choir is helpful)
  • Teen-aged singers (age 16 and up) are welcome
  • Ability to stay on pitch
  • Support the work of the Chorus by volunteering as necessary and being a positive presence in the group

2010 Rehearsals:

  1. Sunday, January 3 from 1 – 4 pm
  2. Sunday, January 10 from 1 – 4 pm
  3. Sunday, January 17 from 1 – 4 pm
  4. Sunday, January 24 from 1 – 4 pm
  5. Sunday, January 31 from 1 – 4 pm
  6. Thursday, February 4  from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.  Composer meet-and-greet following.
  7. Friday, February 5 from 7 – 10 pm Final Rehearsal with Reception

2010 Concerts:

  • Saturday, February 6 at 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm (Dinner served to choir members between concerts)
  • Sunday, February 7 at 3:00 pm

All rehearsals and performances are held at North Como Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Larpenteur and Victoria in Roseville.  North Como is an accessible, inclusive congregation.

 Childcare provided at the Saturday Matinee concert.
